Gentle Dental Northpointe in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Traveling Treatment Coordinator to support Seattle-area offices. You will present treatment plans, explain costs and financing, and coordinate scheduling while traveling to nearby locations.

The role requires 1–2 years dental front office experience, strong communication, and comfort with practice management software (QSI/Denticon). Benefits include a $1,500 signing bonus and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dental or medical front office experience.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans clearly to patients.
• Review costs, insurance benefits, and payment options with patients.
• Travel to surrounding Gentle Dental offices to support our practices.
• Build trust with patients through excellent communication and follow-through.
• Maintain accurate patient information and treatment documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams for scheduling and acceptance.
