Gentle Dental Northpointe in Lynnwood, WA is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will present plans, explain financial options, and coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth care.

Travel to nearby Gentle Dental offices in the Seattle area is required. We offer a signing bonus of $1,500, full-time hours (40 per week), and hourly pay of $24–$29 DOE with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of dental or medical front office experience.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs with patients is preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to discuss financial information confidently, clearly, and compassionately.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience with practice management systems (QSI/Denticon) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to Seattle-area Gentle Dental offices.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Patient-first, solutions-oriented approach.

• Maintain accurate patient information and treatment documentation.
• Travel to surrounding Gentle Dental locations in the Seattle area to support our practices and patients.
