Job summary

Gentle Dental Northpointe in Lynnwood is hiring a Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will present plans, review costs, and discuss options with care and empathy across multiple Seattle-area offices.

The role requires 1–2 years of front-office dental/medical experience and strong communication skills. Travel within the Seattle area is expected; full-time, 40 hours per week, with a $24–$29/hour rate and a $1,500 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of dental or medical front office experience.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing treatment costs with patients is preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to discuss financial information confidently, clearly and compassionately.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently.
• Review treatment costs, insurance benefits and payment options.
• Help patients understand their treatment and make informed decisions.
• Build trust and relationships with patients through excellent communication.
• Follow up with patients regarding treatment and next steps.
• Partner with doctors and clinical teams to support treatment acceptance and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate patient information and treatment documentation.
• Travel to surrounding Gentle Dental locations in the Seattle area.
