CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s new construction management system. The role includes both virtual and in-person sessions across multiple locations, with a focus on effective knowledge transfer, user adoption, and process change management.

You will work with project managers, engineering staff, and external contractors to ensure participants gain the skills to operate the new system, while maintaining engagement

Formación

• US Citizenship required.

• Strong facilitation and classroom management capabilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt instructional techniques to varying audience needs.
• Ability to work independently and within a geographically dispersed training team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and materials.
• Answer participant questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain effective classroom management and engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities.
• Coordinate with Training and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Gather student feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Suggest improvements to training delivery and materials.
• Represent the training team professionally to Government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate with personnel at all levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
