Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s customized construction management system. You will conduct both virtual and in-person sessions for diverse personnel and contractors, ensuring participants gain the required knowledge and skills.

This role requires strong classroom facilitation, software and business process training experience, and the ability to support large-scale organizational change across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant training experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and materials.
• Answer participant questions and provide guidance.
• Maintain classroom engagement and effective management.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with Training/Program Managers for schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Suggest improvements to training delivery methods and materials.
• Represent the training team to Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
