Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor‑led training for a Federal Government client’s new construction management system. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineers, and contractors, ensuring adoption and knowledge transfer across multiple sites.

The role requires experienced software/business process training, strong classroom facilitation, and the ability to support large-scale organizational change across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering software and business process training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Respond to participant questions and provide functional guidance during training activities.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement throughout training sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers regarding course schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training delivery methods and materials.
• Serve as a professional representative of the training team when interacting with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
