Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions virtually and in classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training activities.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers regarding schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support collection of student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training delivery methods and materials.
• Serve as a professional representative of the training team when interacting with Government personnel.
