Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s construction management system implementation. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineering staff, and external contractors, ensuring learners gain the knowledge and skills to use the new system.

Travel up to 100% is required, with sessions across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5 years of relevant experience.
• US citizenship is required for federal client work.
• Experience delivering instructor-led training and software/app training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans and training materials.
• Answer participant questions and provide guidance during sessions.
• Maintain classroom engagement and effective management.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with Training and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion.
• Collect student feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Recommend improvements to training delivery and materials.
• Represent the training team with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
