CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client’s new construction management system. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for staff, project managers, engineers, construction personnel, leadership and external contractors to ensure they gain the knowledge to use the new system effectively.

The role requires strong classroom facilitation, experience with software training, and the ability to support large-scale

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• US citizenship and ability to travel extensively are required.

Aufgaben

• Deliver instructor‑led training sessions in virtual and in-person environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans, course materials and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide functional guidance during training.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Participate in Train‑the‑Trainer activities and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Gather feedback and measure training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
• Represent the training team professionally with Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
