Job summary

ARCO/Murray is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects in Dallas, TX. You will oversee scheduling, staffing, and equipment, guiding subcontractors and coordinating with owners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will champion safety, drive quality, and manage project documentation, cost control, and progress reporting while maintaining strong client relations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–25 years of construction experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling software.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Attend the post-award review meeting to receive project information and details for preplanning before construction.
• Coordinate with the project manager to prepare a schedule of activities, organization structure, staffing, and equipment needs.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications and timelines while optimizing profit.
• Assist the project manager/engineer with material shipments, shop drawings, and samples.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate their work with schedules and progress.
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors of schedule changes promptly.
• Assist in preparing job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
• Review and approve requisitions, field PO's, invoices, and other key documents.
