Job summary

ARCO/Murray is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead site operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards. You will drive preplanning, schedules, and cost control across multiple sites, with a focus on timely delivery and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive construction experience, and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–25 years of construction experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of project scheduling software.
• OSHA certification and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Attend the post-award review meeting to receive project information and details for preplanning before construction.
• Participate with the project manager in preparing a schedule of construction activities and the organization structure, staff, and equipment needs.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications and within the schedule to maximize profit.
