Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction leadership experience.
• Willing to travel as projects require and live anywhere in the United States.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award meetings for project information and preplanning.
• Coordinate subcontractors to align with project schedules and progress.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Prepare and review cost reports, requisitions, and approvals.
