Job summary

ARCO/Murray is seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager in Dallas, TX to lead site teams through all phases of large-scale construction. You will coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and materials while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role demands strong leadership and the ability to adapt quickly on complex sites. You will collaborate with owners, architects and engineers to drive project progress, manage costs, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience
• OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in your state of residence
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job including lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings to receive project information and preplanning data
• Prepare project schedules, organization structure and staffing plans
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedule
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure integration with schedules
• Coordinate material shipments and shop drawings approvals
• Maintain regular progress and cost reporting
• Inform supervisors and owner representatives of schedule changes
• Ensure adherence to safety programs across the project
