You will manage estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, cost reporting, and coordination with owners and design teams.

This role emphasizes integrity, client satisfaction, and delivering value through thoughtful planning and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple project facets (estimating, scheduling, design review).
• Ability to develop preliminary concepts with owners and design teams.
• Strong focus on meeting/exceeding client requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage managerial and administrative aspects of a project including estimating and scheduling.
• Ensure accurate and complete project estimates, cost reporting, and progress billing.
• Lead coordination with owners and design team on preliminary drawings and scope.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout and bi-weekly site meetings.
• Make timely decisions to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
