JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling Superintendent- Self Perform for Advanced Facilities Group. The role involves planning, managing, and executing self-perform work on diverse projects nationwide with travel to assigned sites.

The incumbent will lead safety, coordinate with owners and design teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality and timely completions while upholding JE Dunn’s values and project standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture on the project and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors and organizes overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care, custody and control.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings; attends progress meetings.
• Manages project schedule with Project Manager; tracks costs and reports.
• Ensures QA/QC and safety compliance; supports project closeouts.
