Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling Superintendent for self-perform work across multiple project sites. You will plan, manage and execute on all aspects of assigned projects, including coordinating materials, equipment and on-site teams to meet safety, schedule and profitability goals.

This role travels to assigned projects nationwide. Candidates need 5+ years of construction experience, 3+ years of field supervision, and a solid understanding of lean principles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Lean principles experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and workflow.
• Develops work plans and manages self-performed work.
• Coordinates site, materials and equipment.
• Maintains project schedule with Project Manager.
