Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling Superintendent for the Advanced Facilities Group to oversee self-perform work across multiple project sites. You will coordinate safety, schedule, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver complex industrial and manufacturing projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture on the project.
• Manages subcontractors, staff, and workflow for the project.
• Develops work plans for self-performed and subcontracted work.
• Coordinates project site care, custody and control.
• Leads meetings and participates in progress reviews.
• Creates and tracks the project schedule with the Project Manager.
• Supports budget tracking and cost reporting.
• Ensures quality compliance and supports project closeouts.
