The role supports JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group, ensuring safety, quality, scheduling and budget adherence while coordinating with owners, design teams, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of construction experience and 3+ years of field supervision, with Lean principles and a relevant degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Lean principles experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall workflow on project.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-perform work.
• Coordinate project site care, custody and control.
