Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling Superintendent—Self Perform (AFG) to lead complex projects across multiple sites. You will oversee self-perform work, manage crews and subcontractors, and coordinate safety, quality, and schedule to ensure profitable, timely completion.

You will travel to assigned projects nationwide, supporting JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group with a focus on data center, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Safety culture leadership and incident retraining as needed.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating workflow.
• Staff management and coordination of programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Ability to develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free work environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and safety/QC/EEO programs.
• Develops and manages project schedules with the Project Manager.
• Coordinates site care, custody and control; leads meetings; tracks progress.
