Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up light and mid-industrial projects nationwide. You will manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery from day one.

A strong safety focus and leadership presence are essential. You will travel as needed, coordinating schedules and resources to meet project goals while reporting to the project and regional managers.

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent on industrial projects.
• Willing to travel when needed.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings for preplanning details.
• Coordinate subcontractors to align with project schedules.
• Direct construction activities to meet specifications and timelines.
• Prepare progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
• Communicate updates to project manager and regional manager.
• Maintain daily project diaries documenting significant events and actions.
