Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent with 5–15+ years of leadership in ground-up light- and mid-industrial construction projects, including data centers. You will manage field operations, schedules, budgets, safety, and coordination with owners, architects, and subcontractors from day one to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

The role offers travel nationwide, a focus on project leadership, and a path to advance within a fast-growing design-build company

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent on data center or mission critical projects.
• Willing to travel when needed.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review to receive project details and preplanning information.
• Develop and manage project schedule, organization structure, staffing, and equipment needs.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedule within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and integrate with project schedules and progress.
• Maintain daily diary of significant project facts and decisions.
