ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks a Traveling Commercial Superintendent with 5–15+ years of experience leading ground-up projects. You will manage field operations and administrative tasks from day one to complete projects on time, within budget, and to specifications.

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years' of construction experience, with at least 5 of those years as a lead Superintendent
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings for project information and preplanning
• Prepare construction activity schedules and staffing plans
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedule
• Coordinate subcontractors and align with project timelines
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors of schedule changes
• Prepare progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs
• Cooperate with owner representatives and architects as needed
• Lead job site meetings and report progress to the project manager
