Job summary

IES Communications seeks a Traveling Superintendent to lead medium to large projects nationwide. You will ensure safety, quality, and financial performance while coordinating staffing, materials, and customer delivery goals.

The role requires 3+ years supervisory/managerial experience, 3+ years as a Lead Communications Technician, and 5+ years in telecommunications, plus proficiency in MS Office. Travel and flexibility are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years' supervisory/managerial experience.
• Minimum three (3) years' experience as Lead Communications Technician or similar role.
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in telecommunications or related field.
• Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Must meet company driving standards; able to travel within branch/region.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise project staff.
• Manage project staffing, scheduling, and budgets to meet goals.
• Serve as on-site liaison with customer representatives; ensure safety and quality.
• Develop and monitor project costs, invoicing, and progress reporting.
• Promote safety as a top priority and drive process improvements.
