Qualifications

• Five or more years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Minimum of three years as Lead Communications Technician or similar role.
• Minimum five years in telecommunications or related technical/construction field.
• Proficient with a computer; skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Must meet company driving standards; able to define project scope, estimate, tasks, and manage to completion.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, mentor, and develop project personnel.
• Lead project meetings, operations meetings, and training sessions.
• Direct all phases of project execution from planning through completion.
• Monitor installation progress and ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project profitability and maintain budget compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison with customer representatives; build strong relationships.
