Qualifications

• Three or more years in a supervisory or managerial role on telecommunications projects.
• Five+ years in telecom/construction environments with reporting and budgeting responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project) and basic project management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and discharge project staff per policy.
• Manage project profitability, budgets, and cost control.
• Serve as main on-site client liaison and attend meetings.
• Review job cost postings, invoices, and progress reporting.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery across the project.
