Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a traveling Superintendent 2 to lead and manage complex projects nationwide. You will plan, coordinate subcontractors, manage safety, quality and schedules, and ensure on-time, within-budget completion.

This role requires strong leadership, field supervision and the ability to adapt to changing project needs across sites. Responsibilities include directing meetings, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with owners, design teams and vendors to drive project

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Provides management of subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Manages and oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care and control.
• Leads meetings (daily standups, weekly trades).
• Attends progress and OAC meetings.
• Creates and updates project schedule with Project Manager.
• Monitors budgets and cost reports.
• Communicates with owners, design team and authorities.
• Ensures QA/QC and documentation compliance.
