Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute complex projects nationwide. The role focuses on safety leadership, subcontractor management, and efficient onsite operations, with accountability for schedule, cost and quality.

The candidate will drive project plans, coordinate with owners and architects, and mentor team members while supporting a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement. This is a full-time, traveling role requiring flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff on site.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develop work plans and allocate resources for self-performed work.
• Coordinate site care, custody and project documentation.
• Manage project schedule and budget with the PM team.
• Attend progress and review meetings and provide updates.
