Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Lean principles experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and organizes overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC for projects.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care and manages project meetings.
