Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent 2 to lead multi-site construction projects with full-time travel across the country. You will oversee safety, subcontractors, scheduling and budgeting while coordinating with owners, architects and field teams.

You will guide project teams, develop work plans, and ensure timely, profitable project completion in line with JE Dunn’s standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years construction experience and 3+ years field supervision.
• Strong leadership in safety culture and mentoring staff.
• Experience managing subcontractors, budgets and schedules.
• Proficiency with project management and accounting software.
• Willingness to travel full-time to project sites across the country.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and project workflows.
• Develop work plans, coordinate site access and logistics.
• Prepare and manage project schedule and cost reports.
• Participate in project reviews, meetings and buy-out processes.
