Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a traveling Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute complex projects nationwide. You will oversee material and equipment, mentor staff, ensure quality and timely project completion, and align with JE Dunn’s strategic goals.

The role requires travel up to 100% across the country, managing budgets and coordinating with owners, design teams and authorities. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years construction experience.
• Minimum 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure an injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develop work plans and schedule for self-performed work.
• Coordinate site care, custody and control and documentation.
