Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a traveling Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute complex projects across the country. You will oversee safety, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets while maintaining rigorous documentation and client communication.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction supervision, a strong background in Lean practices, and ability to travel up to 100% for project assignments nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages subcontractors, workflow, and on-site teams.
• Oversees safety, quality, and EEO programs for projects.
• Develops subcontractor work plans and schedules.
• Coordinates site care, custody and control.
• Leads progress meetings and pre-planning sessions.
• Manages project documentation, reports and cost data.
