Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent to plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects. You will oversee material/equipment, assist with people management, ensure documentation, and drive on-time, profitable completion in line with JE Dunn's strategy.

Role requires 3+ years construction experience, with a focus on safety culture, scheduling, and coordination across teams. Travel or non-traditional hours may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years construction, 1+ years field supervision.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through individual actions and mentoring others.
• Provides management of subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow.
• Manages and oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs such as Safety, Quality and EEO for a small project or a major portion of a larger project.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages the care, custody and control of the project site.
