Job summary

JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group, Tempe, seeks a seasoned Superintendent to plan, manage and execute complex projects in industrial, data center and semiconductor sectors. You will lead safety culture, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, budgets and field staffing to deliver on time and within quality standards.

Candidates should have 5+ years in construction, 3+ years field supervision, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction projects (industrial, data center, or semiconductor)
• 3+ years in field supervision
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma required
• Lean principles knowledge preferred
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage safety, quality, and schedule

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors others
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, and programs like Safety, Quality and EEO
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work
• Coordinates site care, custody, and control
• Leads meetings and participates in progress/OAC meetings
• Manages project schedule in coordination with Project Manager
• Monitors budget and cost reporting
• Ensures quality compliance through QA/QC processes
• Supports project closeouts and coordination with owners and authorities
• Assists in project pursuit and change negotiations
• Identifies and recruits top talent
• Promotes diversity and inclusion
