Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience.

• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Creates and manages the project schedule with the Project Manager.
• Tracks budget and cost reporting for the project.
• Coordinates project meetings and communications with stakeholders.
