Qualifications

• 5-15+ years' construction experience with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent.
• Experience coordinating field operations and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-construction planning and post-award meetings.
• Direct and control construction activities to meet specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to integrate with project timelines.
• Review progress, costs, and reports; maintain daily project diary and records.
• Ensure adherence to safety programs and quality standards.
