Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field is required.
• Proven leadership of safety programs and field teams.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and key trades on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff to ensure an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors, staff, and project workflow across trades.
• Develops work plans and sequences, and coordinates on-site activities.
