Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Steel Project Superintendent to lead scheduling, management, and coordination of subcontractors, trades, and labor crews to ensure quality and progress per the Master Schedule. This is a traveling role with up to 100% travel across the United States for infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates have strong construction leadership, PEMB/steel experience, and a track record mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years if no degree.
• Structural Steel experience.
• PEMB Experience.
• Prior experience with data center projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control.
• Review and understand subcontractor scope of work.
• Coordinate safety meetings and overall project safety.
• Control project access and traffic.
• Manage tool/equipment inventory, coordination, and rental.
• Schedule and maintain records of testing/certificates (concrete/soil).
• Coordinate daily with PM/PCM/PFE on progress, QA/QC, reporting.
• Prepare 3‑week look ahead and update master schedule.
• Complete Daily Log Reports (Procore).
• Maintain As-Built drawings for submittal.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections.
• Finalize close‑out documentation.
• Quality control of materials and equipment.
• Site layout and benchmarks control.
