Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent to efficiently schedule, manage, and coordinate subcontractors and trades to align with the Master Schedule. The role requires proven senior supervision experience and the ability to teach and mentor crews while upholding plans, design documents, and safety standards.

This traveling position involves working across the United States on diverse infrastructure projects, with heavy coordination of field staff, safety, and QA/QC, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years' work experience as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years if no degree.
• OSHA knowledge and ability to manage safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of superintendents, field engineers and crew.
• Coordinate safety meetings and site safety.
• Review subcontractor scope and monitor progress against Master Schedule.
• Maintain project documentation and daily logs (Procore or similar).
• Manage permits and testing certificates (concrete, soil).
• Travel across the US to support multiple projects.
