Lemartec Corporation seeks a Senior Electrical Superintendent to efficiently schedule and coordinate subcontractors and labor crews across diverse projects. You will lead, train, and mentor teams to ensure adherence to master schedules, design documents, and safety standards.

The role requires extensive field leadership, strong communication, and a robust understanding of plans, specs, and QA/QC processes. Travel up to 100% across the US is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 6+ years as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of superintendents, engineers, and field staff.
• Coordinate safety meetings and project safety oversight.
• Maintain master schedule and look-ahead planning.
• Review subcontractor scope of work and documentation.
• Manage project testing, approvals, and daily logs (Procore).
• Coordinate project inspections and close-out documentation.
