Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Senior Electrical Superintendent to efficiently schedule and coordinate subcontractors and trades to meet the project master schedule. This traveling role requires travel up to 100% across the US and leadership of field teams to ensure safety, quality, and progress.

The position emphasizes experience with plans, specifications, code requirements, and strong mentoring abilities to guide junior staff in complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years' experience as a construction superintendent; 10+ years if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sub contractors, trades, and field crews to align with the Master Schedule.
• Coordinate safety meetings and ensure project safety compliance.
• Review subcontractor scopes of work and manage documentation control.
• Maintain and update the master schedule and look-ahead schedules.
• Complete daily logs and maintain As-Built drawings for submittals.
• Plan inspections and close-out documentation; ensure QA/QC.
