Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead and coordinate subcontractors, crews, and trades on complex infrastructure projects nationwide. You will schedule, monitor progress, ensure safety, and maintain master schedules in alignment with project plans and design documents.

Travel is up to 100% across the US, with opportunities in multiple states. A history of mentoring teams, strong communication, and OSHA certification are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 6+ years as a Construction Superintendent; 10+ years if no degree.
• OSHA certification required; strong safety standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of superintendents, field engineers and subcontractors.
• Permit document administration and control.
• Review subcontractors' scope of work and ensure alignment with plans.
• Coordinate safety meetings and overall project safety oversight.
• Maintain master schedule and progress reporting with PM, PCM and PFE.
• Prepare and review daily logs and as-built drawings for final submittal.
• Inspect and coordinate project inspections and testing.
