Lemartec Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead complex construction projects across the United States. You will oversee conceptualization through close-out, directing budgets, schedules, and quality assurances while coordinating with business development and customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction. Additional 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 to 10 years of experience working on structural scopes of work for large scale construction projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore and Sage systems.

Aufgaben

• Develops win plans, preliminary execution plans, estimating plans and contract reviews.
• Defines project organization, roles, responsibilities, and authorities for safe, on-schedule, within-budget delivery.
• Monitors contractual commitments, change orders, and documentation; maintains project cost and schedule control.
• Leads project team communications, reviews Project Execution Plans, and ensures compliance with EH&S requirements.
• Oversees project turnover, customer relations, and reporting of project status and financial performance.
