Job summary

Lemartec is seeking a Steel Project Superintendent to lead and coordinate subcontractors and trades across multiple sites on national infrastructure projects. You will drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence while mentoring teams in accordance with project plans and specifications.

The role requires strong leadership, field proficiency in multiple construction disciplines, and the ability to travel up to 100% across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Experience as a construction superintendent with leadership of crews and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and field documentation practices.
• Experience with project scheduling and master schedules on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control.
• Review subcontractor scopes and coordinate safety meetings.
• Maintain master schedule and 3‑week look-ahead plans.
• Complete Daily Log Reports (Procore) and As Built drawings.
• Coordinate inspections and final close‑out documentation.
• Ensure QA/QC on materials and finishes.
