Zusammenfassung

Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec company, seeks a Steel Project Superintendent to lead subcontractors, trades, and crews across diverse US projects. You will ensure progress per Master Schedule, teach and mentor teams, and enforce plans, specs, design documents, and code requirements.

Required: engineering/CM degree or 10+ years’ experience in lieu; data centre project experience; strong scheduling, safety leadership, and communication skills. Travel up to 100% across multiple states is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Prior experience with data centre projects is required.

Aufgaben

• Permit document administration and control.
• Review and understand subcontractor’s scope of work.
• Coordinate safety meetings and overall project safety.
• Control project access and traffic.
• Inventory, coordination and rental of tools/equipment.
• Schedule and maintain records of testing and certificates including concrete/soil testing.
• Coordinate daily with PM/PCM/PFE on progress, subcontractor performance, QA/QC, and reporting.
• Prepare 3-week look ahead and update master schedule with PCM.
• Maintain Daily Log Reports (Procore).
• Maintain As Built drawings for final submittal.
• Coordinate and schedule project inspections and final close-out documents.
• Quality control of installed materials and equipment.
• Site layout and benchmarks control.
