Job summary

Lemartec is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent to efficiently schedule, manage, and coordinate subcontractors and trades across US projects. You will lead, mentor, and ensure adherence to the master schedule, plans, and safety standards while traveling to various project sites.

The role requires a proven background as a Senior Superintendent, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex field operations across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 6 years' work experience as a construction superintendent; 10+ years if no degree.
• Experience with project scheduling, planning, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of superintendents, project field engineers, and other field staff.
• Permit document administration and control.
• Review subcontractor scope of work and coordinate safety meetings.
• Maintain master schedule and update daily logs and QC records.
• Coordinate with PM/PCM/PFE on progress, QA/QC and reporting.
