Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Travel Sous Chef to support culinary operations across multiple Missouri communities including Ballwin, Saint Charles, Saint Peters and Wentzville. The role offers a starting wage of $27.00 per hour with full-time hours and varying shift schedules.

Candidates should have leadership experience, culinary training, and be comfortable traveling within the territory to cover shifts and ensure high standards of service for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to travel to multiple Arrow communities within territory.
• 3+ years of experience in senior housing or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, training, and supervision skills.
• Proficient in Word/Excel and email communication.
• Completed formal culinary, food service or restaurant training or equivalent supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food items are prepared to culinary standards and residents receive an exceptional dining experience while controlling portions and waste.
• Supervise and inspect culinary service, including logs, equipment, storage rotation, and sanitation.
• Lead day-to-day operations through engagement, coaching and accountability.
• Be willing and able to travel to Arrow communities to cover sous chef shifts as needed.
