Arrow Senior Living in Missouri is seeking a Travel Sous Chef to support multiple Arrow communities in Ballwin, Saint Charles, Saint Peters, and Wentzville. This full-time role offers travel between sites with a starting wage of $27.00 per hour.

You will lead culinary operations, maintain standards, supervise kitchen logs and equipment, and mentor staff. The position requires flexibility, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and criminal clearance.

Qualificações

• Three or more years of leadership, training, and supervision experience in a culinary or food service environment.
• Ability to travel to multiple Arrow communities within the assigned territory and work across sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with basic word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsabilidades

• Be a Gustatory Genius: ensure items are prepared to culinary standards and provide residents with an exceptional dining experience.
• Be a Kitchen Curator: supervise logs, equipment, storage rotation, and service to keep standards clean and sanitary.
• Be a Culinary Captain: lead the team in day-to-day operations with coaching and accountability.
• Be a Perfect Pinch Hitter: travel to and assist communities within designated territory to cover shifts.
