Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Travel Sous Chef to join our team in the St. Louis area. This role involves traveling to Ballwin, Saint Charles, Saint Peters, and Wentzville to ensure high culinary standards across communities.

You will supervise culinary operations, lead a team, and maintain food safety and portion control while delivering excellent dining experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to travel to multiple Arrow communities within assigned territory.
• 3+ years of experience in senior housing or related field (preferred).
• Proven leadership, training, and supervision skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food items are prepared to culinary standards and provide residents with an exceptional dining experience.
• Supervise and inspect culinary service, including logs, equipment, storage, and sanitation.
• Lead the kitchen team in day-to-day operations with engagement, coaching and accountability.
• Travel to Arrow communities within the territory to cover Sous Chef shifts as needed.
