Job summary

Moss is seeking a Solar Electrical Field Project Engineer to assist the Electrical Superintendent in managing large utility-scale solar projects across multiple states. You will help with contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling while coordinating with owners, suppliers, and field staff.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year solar internship or equivalent, strong computer skills, and excellent communication to interface with owners' representatives, A/E

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year solar internship or equivalent project experience.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with construction project management tools.
• Effective communication with owners, A/E teams, and field staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Electrical Superintendent with contract admin, change orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling.
• Support crew management, reporting, tool connex, and material acquisition activities.
• Coordinate project startup, material delivery, and field inspections.
• Prepare meeting agendas/minutes and track progress against schedules.
