Job summary

Moss is seeking a Solar Electrical Field Project Engineer to support large utility-scale solar projects across multiple states. You will assist the Electrical Assistant and Electrical Project Manager with administration, procurement, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors and vendors.

The role requires a proactive mindset, physical readiness, and the ability to travel extensively. A six-month to one-year solar internship or related project engineering experience is preferred, along with

Qualifications

• Six months to one-year minimum Solar internship or full-time experience as a project engineer or assistant project engineer, or electrical foreman in the construction industry
• Strong computer skills including familiarity with construction project management applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with interface to owners' reps, A/E team, building departments, and team members
• Basic finance skills

Responsibilities

• Crew Management, Reporting, Tool Connex, Material Acquisition coordination as described in the duties
• Expedites subcontractor and vendor pay requests and cost reporting
• Support change order processes including scope changes and cost proposals
• Maintain Prolog, prepare status reports, and conduct project team meetings
